Hya! Miss Soph has finally arrived in warm and sunny England (with occasional rain and wind) which has been quite an adventure already. However I have not come here to ramble about my trip and the enormous amount of money I’ve already spent in clothes and delicious food (FISH & CHIPS I ADORE YOU) but about what is happening on the lingerie front up here.
First and foremost I need to make a confession: I’m turning into a geek. Not like a proper one but still, it’s a bit horrendous. I have always been like the least geeky person I know so this is not something I expected. Anyways today I hit the British supermassivecheaphellhole called Primark to buy some night- and underwear. The place is the one to get your inner child jumping and screaming so obviously I was running around like a kid, not knowing which ones to choose. In the end I opted for Monsters University pj’s and some comic book/tv-series inspired knickers.
I bought them all in size 10 which is quite small in Primark. I am a massive Disney fan so this pj is right up my street. MU was also the movie we watched with other internationals when we came to Aigburth last Tuesday so I was pretty thrilled to get my hands on something that reminded me of my first day here. (All the knickers below were arund 1,70-2,50 £ and the pj is 13 £ or so)
Have a lovely weekend and I see you tomorrow with an review of Curvy Kate “Tease Me” set in the new winter shade! 😉 Also lots of love and kisses back to Finland, I’m missing y’all! xx
Love this post! Not gonna lie, practically all my geek clothing comes from Primark. Their male section also has some pretty decent geeky stuff, although there’s usually an abundance of un-funny family guy shirts here.
Enjoy your stay in England!
Love,
Mariëlle
Thanks! 🙂 I was over-the-moon when I saw all the Disney t-shirts. Unfortunately they were not particularly designed for a curvy figure 😦
