Lingerie Fit for a Burlesque Star: Louise Ferdinand “Uma” in 32G

11 Feb

I have been admiring Louise Ferdinand lingerie  from a far since a couple of years back. I first became familiar with them through a Fuller Figure Fuller Bust review and was smitten with the vintage styling and the craftsmanship put into the designs. Also what really struck me was the way they used and still use models of all sizes and ethnicities – not many lingerie brands are that inclusive, even in 2016.

Only a couple of weeks back Sandra, the wonder woman behind the brand, contacted me and asked if I wanted to review a sample from them and of course, I couldn’t say no. This brand is still something very unique to the full-bust market – it’s all about innovative styles and nods to the past, with a styling that would woo even the pickiest burlesque queens. Let’s see what Sandra surprised me with!

DSC_0180DSC_0193
The Design: I had literally no idea what was coming to me in the mail so when I opened the parcel I was pleasently surprised with the Uma set, which I had already been eyeing at – however, there is probably nothing I don’t like in Louise Ferdinand’s current selection, so I think I would have been happy with probably any of her designs.  The Uma is a rather classic shape for LF meaning it’s a vintage-style plunge balconette, with a rather pointy shape. The bustline is not what a modern western woman usually wants – smooth, super uplifted and round – but I really enjoy this shape, especially under my 40’s style dresses.

The styling itself is so stunning and I am impressed with the combination of girly lace and bow and the black sturdy mesh that gives the bra a more edgier look. I also like that the bow at the centre gore is not red like the trimming at cup edge but a contrasting purple colour. The coverage this bra gives is pretty much perfect for me but I am wondering if it’s because this is a cup size too small for me. In any case, I have worn it a lot with my more low-cut dresses and it works really well with them.

DSC_0196DSC_0199
Fit: As I mentioned above, the 32G was about a cup size too small for me so this is definitely not my best size with Louise Ferdinand. I would love to try a 30H someday with this brand as it seems to be running along the lines of other British DD+ brands and thus, I feel that my regular size would have been better for me. Also, the band is a tiny bit loose on me, which is understandable as I measure 31″ under my bust.  I am a bit of a tricky size right now when it comes to bands so I can never know whether to go for 30 or 32, especially if it’s a brand that I am not yet familiar with. The band is quite wide though so it is supportive in the 32 as well, but I prefer to wear it in the tightest set of hooks.

The underwires of this bra are also quite regular for a British brand, so a wee bit too wide for me. However, I did not experience any discomfort with them and they do not bother me at all. The cups are an average depth but designed more for a full-on-bottom shape breasts – my boobs are full-on-top so I am pretty sure that is one of the reasons I’m bulging a bit at the top. The cup edge trimming is quite rigid so I would definitely even recommend sizing up in the cup if you have a bit more breast tissue on the top half of your boobs.

DSC_0164.JPGDSC_0002
Comfort: I really liked how this set manages to feel quite nice against my skin even when being a quite rigid mesh material. The materials feel like good quality and don’t rub my skin anywhere, not even around the usually-very-itchy armpit area. Also the band and the wires feel really flexible, meaning I can move around in the bra without any discomfort. My only real gripe with the bra are the straps – unfortunately they are too widely placed and stretchy for my body and tend to slip off my shoulders now and then. They are fully-adjustable however, so even when being petite or tall, you can make them work length-wise.

I also got the Uma briefs in size Medium, which is probably around 12 in UK sizes – I found that this runs pretty true-to-size as my butt has grown an inch again (!!! those squats though…) and I am becoming more of a true 12 on the bottom half of my body (which is so annoying cause my waist is still a size 10). The bottoms are quite low but not as much as with eg Cleo – which is good, because Cleo bottoms and I don’t really mesh well together! The briefs is styled with the same cute lace as the bra and cover my bum nicely – I am not a huge fan of the brazilian trend that’s going strong at the moment! Overall the set is a comfy and surprisingly practical little number, but also manages to be sexy enough to wear in the boudoir. Love it!

If you would like to get your hands on some Louise Ferdinand set yourself, do check out their online store here. The Uma set comes in a whopping size range of 28-38 A-J + bottom sizes S-XL, and set you back at £60 for the bra and £34 for the briefs.

Have you tried Louise Ferdinand lingerie yet? Do you like the vintage styling on a modern bra? Let me know in the comments! xx

Lingerie Review: Signature “Ginger” in 32F

4 Feb

It has been a couple of months since we reviewed After Eden’s Signature range here at 2COP and I am happy to say that it was not the last time for us! Signature is a very promising new full-bust/full figure targeted brand which has only been going on for a couple of seasons now. Today we are reviewing a longline bra set from their AW15 collection, before completely diving into the SS16 season – also, take note about the style of this set as it might be the perfect ensemble for the upcoming Valentine’s Day!

DSC_0218DSC_0224DSC_0221
Design: Ginger is a lovely young yet sexy style that comes in a very classic combination of black and red and a smooth moulded cup style. What I think is one of the biggest assets of Signature lingerie, is the cute and approachable styling that lures in the younger girls, who might not fit into the chain stores’ and Victoria’s Secret lingerie as they stop at DD. This effect would be even greater if the brand started making smaller band sizes, so hint hint, Signature! 😉

I picked this set up for Miss E completely out of blue – she had no idea what I had chosen for her but when I came to her doorstep around Christmas time, she was very pleased with my pick. The longline is still something that has been quite neglected by some DD+ brands (even though the AW16 will totally change the game!) and I am happy to see such a new brand making them for us fuller busted ladies. The cups are very rounded and smooth so Ginger could easily be worn under regular t-shirts without showing through. The band features four hooks and eyes so it’s not the widest longline ever but still enough to give the bra its distinctive look.

DSC_0225DSC_0230
Fit: Even though Miss E’s best size with Signature would be closer to 65H (that is 30FF in UK sizes) we are both quite happy with the 70G (= UK 32F), especially when worn on the second tightest hooks. The band does not ride up but could be a bit sturdier to stay supportive for a few more months. The cups are just the right size for Miss E so there’s no spillage or gaping in sight! After seeing already three bras on my girl, I would say Signature runs on the generous side of true-to-size – Miss E is usually something between 30FF and 30G and all of her Signature bras have been just the right size (cup-wise) for her in the sister size of 30FF, that is 32F.

The wires are perfect for Miss E with the Ginger bra and she is also very happy to report that this time, the wires do not come too high up for her and there is no chafing near the armpit area whatsoever. As all different brands producing lingerie seem to sport a different underwire shape and size, I would say Signature’s wire seems to be the perfect medium between the very narrow Polish and the quite wide British ones. The depth of the cup is a bit too shallow for Miss E which you can see by looking at the root of the bra cups. There is a bit of empty space there but E gave me no complaints about it as the bra is so comfortable in general.

DSC_0226DSC_0228
Comfort: Out of the three sets Miss E owns from Signature, this might be her most comfortable one yet! The materials of the set are very sleek and soft against the skin and the straps are placed in a nice spot where they won’t rub her armpit area and cause irritation. As you can see, the strap placement is much more centered than with the Grace and Sophia bras she tried earlier. That’s definitely a HUGE improvement! This time the straps are only half-adjustable so if you are more on the petite side, I would advice to skip this bra unfortunately – Miss E is quite tall so she had no problem but someone under 5’5 might find them too long for her height. The longline band features additional boning under the armpits to keep the band from flipping, but the boning is flexible enough not to poke E on the sides.

The Ginger set comes with two different co-ordinate options which are a regular shorts-style knickers and a thong. We went for the same size as last time, that is Medium, but thought about trying a Small next time, as especially the thong seems to be a bit big for Miss E. Bottoms-wise, I think Signature runs on the snugger side of true-to-size, yet not a full size smaller. The bottoms are the same smooth material as the bra so very wearable for everyday, whether it be under dresses or the tightest of jeans.

You can find Ginger on Signature’s online store, here (and it’s on sale, yay!). Signature ships only to Netherlands at the moment but if you are interested in stockists near to you, feel free to contact them via email or on social media!

A Very Pink and Red Valentine’s Day Lingerie Lust List!

18 Jan

And apparently a post with a very long headline, hehe. So, it’s that time of the year again – Valentine’s Day is around the corner. And guess what? I am actually spending it with my boo this year – what a shocker! I have been with Mr. M for 2 years and two months now and not once have we spent the Valentine’s Day together since I have spent my Valentine’s in UK for the last couple of years.

This time, I am visiting the Paris tradeshow which is held a couple of weeks before Moda, meaning I will finally get my cheesy date this year! I am also big on V-day gifts cause hell, who doesn’t like gifts? I certainly do and am looking forward to getting something for my Mr Right from my Paris trip. When it comes to gifts for myself on Valentine’s, I do love a bit of lingerie. Here are a few examples of cheesy V-day lingerie a pink princess like myself would enjoy!

Scantilly.Invitation3-600x903
Scantilly “Invitation”

I am in love with Scantilly and I suppose everyone around here knows about my big crush already. But the collection reeeeaaally screams Valentine’s Day (or night?) date and would be something most full-bust girls would dream of receiving on a romantic and sexy holiday like that. I have reviewed the Scantilly “Peek-a-boo” set before and already have my eyes on the Surrender basque and the lovely pink “Invitation” which is the perfect demi-cup pink/black bra under a low cut dress. I am also pretty damn sure any guy/girl would be lucky to see this worn after the hot date! Scantilly goes up to HH-cup at the moment and can be bought at Brastop and Figleaves.

0012194_cleo_by_panache_kali_babydoll_7565_red_cerise_65_85_cup_d_tm_jx
Cleo by Panache “Kali” Babydoll

Cleo makes lovely options for young women with full-busts and just in time for Valentine’s Day, they have come out with an amazing shade with the Kali babydoll. The babydoll might be a cheesy option for V-day with its hearts embroidery but who said cheesy was a bad thing? I personally love the deep raspberry hue of the babydoll and the amazing thing about it is that it goes up to J-cup. You can get the babydoll and a matching low-cut brief at Bravissimo and the babydoll itself sets you back £37 – not bad, huh?

rita-biustonosz
Comexim “Rita”

Ordering from Poland is always a bit of a hassle as the bras are usually made-to-order and thus take a bit more time to ship. Luckily, there is still time to make that order if you are in the mood to treat your girl with something a bit more special. Processing the order can take up to 10 days but after that, the set should arrive in no time, no matter if you live in Finland or USA. The Polish brands are also usually great value for the money – this particular Rita bra sets you back at 35$ which is not bad for something that has on-point construction and a stylish design.

curvy-kate-tease-cranberry-champagne-bra-SG2001-short-SG2003-camisole-SG2009-thong-SG2002-pf-2
Curvy Kate “Tease” babydoll and bra set

This is probably one of my ultimate lust-list sets as it was the first well-fitted set I got when I was 18. I am so glad CK brought this colourway back as it is definitely one of the most gorgeous ones ever seen – and for once the red is not paired with black. I am also loving how they turned the Tease into a ruffly sweet babydoll which will be perfect for this Valentine’s Day. As this colourway is already technically last season, you can now get it at a reduced price almost everywhere. Brastop has a pretty good selection of prices available, so I would check there first.

Samanta “Anvers” in A470

If you are buying for a basics-loving lady but still want to treat her for a little bit of pink goodness, why not try another Polish brand, Samanta. Samanta has been reviewed here on 2COP many times and this particular set is called “Anvers” will be the next one reviewed on the 31st of January. This set is breathtakingly pretty in flesh and features a lovely smooth finish which is perfect under sleek t-shirts and jersey dresses. To give your a spoiler on the fit of the bra in A475, Jo said that it might actually be her best-fitting bra ever. Quite a compliment, huh?

+ A MANDATORY SPLURGE

ximg_7091_3.jpg.pagespeed.ic.aCIJv7VbyM
Vollers “Lusso” Waist-Training Corsets

Not every gentleman/lady has the money to splurge on a well-made waist-trainer but in my dream world, there would be such corsets to everyone! I have been lusting after a proper waist-trainer for months now but I am not sure which company to go to – I don’t want to get anything rubbish that will wear out right away and in the worst case scenario, would hurt my body some way. I have heard that Vollers is a very reputable corset company so what better brand to add on my lust list? The pink Lusso corset is a perfect option for long-torsoed gals like me and IF you would happen to have the dough to spend, it would be yours for £155.

Here’s my wishlist for this upcoming Valentine’s Day! What is on your list? Also, what are your plans for the V-day? Let me know in the comments! xx

What to Pick for a Loved-One for Valentine’s? – 2COP’s Lingerie Gift Guide

2 Feb

As Valentine’s day is two weeks away, there’s still a lot of time to pick something for either yourself (cause, duh, that is a love affair of a lifetime) but maybe something for your partner as well. Also, if you want to buy your bff something cute, why not try some comfy sleepwear? Here are my picks for bra-size free lingerie picks for this Valentine’s Day!

40472
Gossard “Elegance” cami & french knicker set

As Gossard has been one of my go-to lingerie brands since last year, the first place I checked for proper cute sleepwear was their very own online store. Sadly Gossard does not make that many bras in my size anymore, but I do have a bit of experience with their sleepwear as well and it’s so comfy I cannot recommend it enough. The cuts are also so flattering and sexy, why not snatch up this cute Elegant set in Rose for yourself or someone you love? I promise they won’t be disappointed. Valentine’s may seem like a day to buy something extra daring for you girl, but let me assure you, better safe than sorry when it comes to undergarments, right? The set is sold separately and is moderately priced at £28 for the cami and £21 for the french knicker.

0007212_teddy
Mimi Holliday “Golden Helicon” Teddy

This teddy by the lovely Mimi Holliday is a bit on the pricier side but looks like a million bucks while actually costing £145. If you have some dough to splurge, a good-quality teddy is a lovely luxury gift for any gal out there. No matter if she sleeps butt-naked – this will get her lounging around in something pretty instead of his dad’s old t-shirts (oopsie, caught me right there!). The pale pink chiffon and golden dots make a more subtle nod to Valentine’s instead of being all goo-y and cliched.

Dottie’s Delights “Love Letters” Babydoll

If you are a vintage-loving gal as myself, you will love love love this “Love Letters” babydoll by the ever-so-lovely Dotties Delights! This gift would be perfect for anyone with a little pinup inside them so if your girl seems to be working that 50’s look, she will most likely be swooned over this piece of underwear artistry. The babydoll costs $79 so it’s maybe not for the tightest student budget but I bet still worth every penny.

Playful Promises “Penelope” Teddy from Hepburn & Leigh

If you or your girl is not all about the pink cuteness and/or you would like to buy a lovely luxury piece on budget, try Playful Promises for some affordable vintage-glam! The detailing on this chocolate shade beauty is in the colour of luxurious gold and it’s guaranteed to be a hit regardless of the modest £45 price tag. I sure would love one for those lazy Sundays!

bp-fy188mifx-large
Freya “Eden” Chemise from Bravissimo

If you are worried that your busty lady is not gonna fit into anything above, you might want to try this little sleeping beauty from Freya. Though the chemise comes in sizes Small to Large, the chemise has been designed with a well-endowed woman in mind. Th print is absolutely adorable without being tacky, so what’s not to like! This is again one of those spot-on choices for a tight student budget, with a price of just £36. Bravissimo also has excellent customer service and speedy delivery so I highly recommend checking them out whether you are looking for a lovely gift or something practical for yourself.

These were my picks for this Valentine’s, hope you like them! Also, let me know what you have planned for your Valentine’s and what are you planning to wear? I would love to know! My Valentine’s will spend in UK so unfortunately we can’t spend it together with my boyfriend but luckily, I have some great company with Anna from Bras and Body Image and we are heading out to Birmingham to see a burlesque show. Have a great week lovelies and I wish to see you entering my blogiversary giveaways as they will start rolling VERY SOON 😉

Bathing in red for Valentine’s – SugarShape “Ruby” review

12 Feb

Oh my lovely dear readers, how I have missed you! So basically what happened to me a couple of weeks ago was an epic disaster with my camera AGAIN and I ended up with no equipment to shoot my review photos or anything else for that matter. Luckily, I am in the most awesome university EVER and they have this great media centre to get cameras from. So here I am, operating with my fancy borrowed camera and providing you the long-planned review of SugarShape “Ruby” set.

So recently I wrote a brand portrait on the wonderful new brand on the full bust market, SugarShape lingerie which is a lingerie brand based in Germany and making lingerie with a whole new fuzz-free way when it comes to sizing. The lovely ladies of SugarShape kindly offered to send me a set of lingerie and I went for the very appropriate style for the Valentine’s Day – Ruby. I was a bit between the sizes in both panties and the bra but I relied on the owners’ judgment and went for 80/102,5 which are quite near to my own measurements in cm’s. My underbust is about 73 cm at the moment but as the ladies at SugarShape told me Ruby runs particularly tight in the band so I decided to go with the 80 band. Here are my thoughts on the set…

Image

First of all, when the parcel arrived I instantly thought, good job for the package choice. The set arrived in a box which meant the cups of the bra were not folded on each other but placed carefully in the box with some wrapping paper around them. The insides of the parcel stunned me immediately; the box included little paper hearts that made the set feel already special, not to mention the lovely post card hand-written by the ladies themselves. I wanted to try the set on right away since it looked amazing and I was very anxious to know about the fit.

Image

Design: I have loved the Ruby for its design from the moment it hit the SugarShape online store. As you guys know, I never say no to red lingerie and I really wanted to embrace the Valentine’s season with something appropriate. It was like the SugarShape ladies had read my mind; my beautiful red set arrived with a little luxurious Swarovski heart charm to attach to my bra. To me, it felt like just the right touch for the bra to make it less Christmassy and more Valentine’s Day. The design is otherwise all red but has a little black/green bow in the middle which gives the set a more quirky unique look.

Ruby is set that includes a three-part cup construction balconette bra and three choice of panties. I loved how one can choose the right panty choice for yourself; I went for the low-rise panty since high-rise panties never tend to work on me and strings can sometimes be uncomfortable. The bra gives a very round uplifted look to my boobs and is a great choice for everyday use since it goes well with any t-shirt, excluding pale colours of course. The Ruby does not have any thick lace on it which is why it doesn’t show under clothes at all. Otherwise it’s fully covered in beautiful thin lace and mesh which makes the bra feminine and accessible to many women.

Image

Fit: The fit of the 80/102,5 was spot-on on me. I couldn’t believe I had received the right size right away with my first try which is why I was very pleasantly surprised. My bust measures about 102-103 cm at the moment which is why I think the size fit me so well. The cups contain my boobs fully without any spillage or gaping (on neither side btw, a miracle?) and the gore tacks beautifully on the sternum. I would say that the centre gore is also a pretty average width since it played well with my average-set boobs and didn’t cause any chafing nor extreme cleavage. Also it’s quite high due to the balconette style of the bra which needs to be kept in mind when choosing for lower necklines.

I do not want to screw SugarShape’s wonderful sizing system which is why I won’t tell you what I think would be the size equivalent in UK sizes. Instead, I can state that the band is very comfortable yet snug on my 29″ ribcage and I loved how it stretches and doesn’t leave any back spillage or lumps anywhere. Also the cups and wires were spot on, which made the size even more perfect for me. Straps of the bra are fully adjustable which makes the bra a very accessible option for more petite women as well.

Image

Comfort: I love this bra for the same reasons I love my Tease Me by Curvy Kate. It is amazingly comfortable with itss wires that are the right length for and its fully adjustable straps that are placed in the right spot for me. I would say this bra would also work for women who suffer from too high cups on the sides; Ruby gives plenty air for your armpits and doesn’t chaff at all in that area. I also didn’t find any other chaffing parts but would imagine that the high centre gore might cause slight issues with very bony sternums. I have no experience of that sort of problems excluding my Panache Jasmine which is why I can’t really tell.

The materials of the set are pretty well thought-out, but I still always long for cotton-lined cups when it comes to bras. The panties are extremely comfortable as well and don’t dig in in size 95 at all (my hips are about 94 cm measured over the butt). I love how the back of the panties feel smooth over my butt and rise high enough to cover all the critical parts. The rise is very comfy overall: it’s a perfect alternative for the high-rise panty that might not suit everyone. I would say the rise on the panties is something between Cleo and Tutti Rouge which is perfect for me!

I hope you enjoyed the review and keep checking for my blogiversary giveaways as well! The Ruby is available at SugarShape online store for 58,50 € for the bra and 18,50-25 € for the panty, depending on your panty choice. If you want to order from outside of German speaking countries, I would suggest you contact the ladies behind the brand, they are very helpful! This set was generously gifted me by SugarShape, however this does not affect my opinions on the set.

My full-bust lingerie picks for Valentine’s Day!

26 Jan

I love Valentine’s Day; I’m a sucker for all things pink, red and romantic. I remember I always used to dream about the perfect Valentine’s Day when I could be whisked off to wonderful romantic date by Prince Charming and then we’d live happily ever after. Unfortunately my childhood dreams were crushed by the fact that that day never came, not in 21 years. Funny enough, today when I have finally found my Prince Charming I don’t feel upset when I can’t spend Valentine’s Day with him on that exact day. Why, you ask. The answer is simple and pretty cheesy; I don’t need February 14th to show someone how much I love him. He knows it already, which is why we can happily go out a few days before and have our own private Valentine’s Day.

But let’s leave my personal love life goo out of this for a second and focus on the one important thing that always makes me flutter whether it’s Valentine’s Day or not – lingerie. V-day is an excellent excuse to treat yourself as well and show some self-love; buy yourself something you feel sexy/ comfortable in and it will make your day with or without a special someone. Here are some picks to make you feel and look fantastic!

Image

Curvy Kate “Carmen”

Of course I needed to include it. After all it’s the one set I’ve been drooling over since the pics were released. And guess what? This is my personal pick for the V-day adventures since I ALREADY HAVE IT WITH ME. Yes, I bought it, it arrived today and turned out to be perfect. Boyfriend is diggin the set too so it’s a win-win situation. (Review coming next week!) You can buy yours at Brastop or Figleaves for £35 for the bra, £15 for the thong and £18 for the suspender belt. Size range 28D-38J.

SugarShape “Marilyn”

I usually don’t go for the white options but this set is just so gorgeous it has to be mentioned. I also love how it’s photographed and shown on different body types which makes this brand and the product even more attractive to consumers. If you want to find out more about SugarShape check out my post on them here. You can find Marilyn in their e-commerce store.

Image

Mimi Holliday “Raspberry Ripple”

Loving the new Mimi styles! Raspberry Ripple is a perfect V-day choice for someone who appreciates a bit of luxe but still quite clean looks. This set is not overly frilly or complicated but it makes a statement with it’s amazing colour and shiny materials. This style also includes a Maxi bra which is designed for sizes 28-40 D-GG. Image

Playful Promises “Ruby”

This one I picked for a bit of fun – it’s not very practical nor supportive but makes hell of an impact when worn with a right attitude and whole lotta confidence. I would personally love to see how this kinda thing works for my 30GG bust and would definitely be up for trying it for the heck of it. Also the girdle is amazing and could easily be combined with a full-bust bra if needed. Both of these are sold at Hepburn & Leigh in sizes XS-XL.

Image

Avocado “Nina”

Avocado is aesthetically one of my favourite Polish brands; it offers both very romantic detailed designs but also sleek and sophisticated ones, just like Nina. I love the bold red colour here, it’s perfect for the set’s simplicity and would work fantastically for V-day celebrations. You can find Nina on Avocado’s online shop in sizes 60-95 E-K (EU sizing).

Here are my picks for Valentine’s but if anyone of you have other faves or styles appropriate for the most romantic day of the year, let me know in the comments! I would also love to know what your plans are for V-day if you dare to share 😉

DD+ OOTD – the Ultimate Party Dress

19 Jan

ImageImageImageImage

Good Sunday to y’all! I have been whisked off from pub to another over the past three days which is why I haven’t been writing or even indulged myself in the full-bust world. But yeah, now I’m back with an outfit aaand a small rant since I’m feeling BETRAYED by my favourite clothing brand.

Let’s start with the outfit. This dress has not made an appearance in my blog yet but to be honest it’s my favourite party dress ever. I wear it each time I have a wardrobe crisis before an important event, it never fails and always earns a few compliments. I actually bought this beauty at Oasis in London a couple of years ago in size 8 which I can pretty successfully still squeeze into, even though I’m more of a size 10 nowadays. This dress nips me perfectly at the waist and flatters my figure by hugging it from just the right places. I have also bought a couple of other items from Oasis in the past which have been great for my then-30F bust.

This leads us to the rant. Cause you know what happened when I landed in UK and eagerly went to see my dear friend Oasis again? Zippers not going up, zero boob space and a few tears. Well not literally tears but you bet I wanted to cry. I am very loyal to brands that get me and my body which is why I was devastated to see that they weren’t loyal to ME anymore. And now you want to say it’s not their fault I’m not 30F anymore – see, my size 8 dress zips up fine. I hate it when a brand I love changes their sizing standards and I felt completely let down by the one that was supposed to offer me the perfect Valentine’s day dress for my date. Thanks a shit loads, Oasis. (Don’t worry, I still love your designs but would LOVE to be able to wear them as well.)

What about the jacket then? Absolutely buzzing. I have been searching for a jacket like this which actually fits over my bust and finally Forever21 came to help me. I went into their store a couple of days ago and was certainly not looking for a jacket but when I was reaching one part of the first floor I felt a really weird sensation. You know, the kinda feeling when you think someone’s watching you. I know it sounds bullshit but then I turned around and saw it and BANG, it was love at first sight. This lovely thing is a size Small and cost me about 25 quids which is a total bargain.

So now I’m still one dress short from being ready for Valentine’s. Next up in the search of THE Perfect Dress will be River Island so fingers crossed I find something nice. I’m celebrating Valentine’s day a bit early since bf will be here (!!!!) a week before the actual day but nevertheless my Valentine’s week will be very special because I’m hosting my first blogiversary during that week. So stay tuned and remember to follow 2COP to get first-hand info on the celebrations taking place that week 😉
